Texas LNG and energy engineering firm Fluor takes over Stork BV of Netherlands

Fluor Corp., the Texas-based energy and LNG engineering and construction company, has acquired Stork Holding BV of the Netherlands for around $755M as industry consolidation continues to lower costs in a weaker market.
