Fluxys Belgium, a leading natural gas transmission company whose assets include the Zeebrugge LNG import terminal, posted a fall in earnings as it continued to spend on upgrading the regasification facility and completing the key "Flanders Artery" pipeline link to the Dunkirk LNG terminal in France.
