US LNG export plant in Georgia makes progress without departed partner Shell

US pipeline and terminal operator Kinder Morgan is making progress on the Elba Island LNG liquefaction plant planned at the existing import terminal near Savannah in the state of Georgia and in which Royal Dutch Shell was previously a partner.
