US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) overruled by a Court on two LNG project approvals.

US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has been remanded by the US Court of Appeals for the DC on the November, 2019 approval of  two LNG terminals and associated pipeline facilities in the Brownsville Channel, Texas.
