Polish LNG terminal will only be operational by Q2 of 2016 despite political ceremony

Poland's election has led to the untimely official opening of the country's first liquefied natural gas import terminal at Swinoujscie on the Baltic coast even as the facility will not be in a state to start full commercial operations until about the second quarter of 2016.
