ConocoPhillips points to Alaska natural gas needs in renewing LNG export permit

ConocoPhillips, operator of the small-scale Kenai LNG export plant in Alaska, has filed an application with the US Department of Energy for authority to export cargoes from the facility that also provides natural gas to the local market.
