US LNG firm Cheniere's shares jump as billionaire Icahn raises stake to 12 percent

Shares in Cheniere Energy, developer of the first US LNG export plant set to come on stream in months at Sabine Pass in Louisiana, rose more than 3.5 percent after US billion investor Carl Icahn made his third major stock purchase and took his stake in the Houston-based company to 12 percent.
