Texas LNG project of consultant Vivek Chandra gets permit and new stakeholders

The Texas LNG project planned for the Port of Brownsville, led by energy consultant and Chief Executive Vivek Chandra and now including South Korean company Samsung Engineering as one of several new shareholders, has received its permit to export cargoes to Free Trade Agreement countries like Korea.
