Canada's Steelhead LNG signs Hoegh and Bechtel for Vancouver floating plant

Steelhead LNG, the Canadian First Nation-run project development company planning two Vancouver Island export ventures, has signed an agreement with Norway's Hoegh LNG and US engineers Bechtel to work on one of its ventures.
