French LNG terminal at Dunkirk may handle cargoes from US and Russia by 2018

France's fourth LNG import terminal in the port of Dunkirk is expected to receive its first cargo soon as its starts its cool-down commissioning process and by 2018 could be unloading cargoes from America and possibly from Russia.
