Japanese buy PNG LNG project stake for $795M

AGL Energy, an Australian power company, has sold its stake in an LNG project in Papua New Guinea to a subsidiary of Japan's Nippon Oil Corp. for around US$795 million to provide “a buffer against current markets turmoil.”
