Philippines issues notice to proceed for another LNG import terminal project planned for Batangas Bay

Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Company, the Singapore-based LNG and natural gas logistics and distribution company, has been issued with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Department of Energy in the Philippines for the development of its own LNG import and regasification terminal in Batangas Bay on the Filipino main island of Luzon.
