Canadian shale merger may open LNG export possibilities in future Featured

Canadian shale companies ARC Resources and Seven Generations Energy are combining in a C$2.70 billion (US$2.13Bln) deal creating a leading shale liquids and shale gas producer in Canada’s Montney region to push forward shale development and more LNG feed-gas possibilities as US shale plays face regulatory and investment hurdles.
