Australia's Woodside surprised by PNG LNG stakeholder's rejection of bid

Woodside Petroleum, the largest Australian liquefied natural gas operator, said it was "surprised and disappointed" that the Papua New Guinea LNG stakeholding company, Oil Search Ltd., had rejected its takeover bid.
