Spain's Repsol gains Canadian permit to export cargoes to Europe and elswhere

Spanish energy company Repsol has received a permit from the Canadian regulators to export cargoes to Europe and Asia from the Canaport facility on the Atlantic coast of New Brunswick once liquefaction facilities are built.
