First Nation-run firm planning Vancouver LNG plants signs US pipeline accord

Steelhead LNG, the Canadian First Nation-run project development company planning two Vancouver Island export ventures, has signed a pre-construction agreement with US pipeline company Williams for the design and regulatory approvals for its Island Gas Connector Project.
