Former Shell LNG executive Eisbrenner engages Japanese bank for Texas project

Former Royal Dutch Shell LNG executive Kathleen Eisbrenner said her US liquefied natural gas development company has engaged Japan's Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. as its financial advisor and lead financing arranger for its Rio Grande LNG project at Brownsville, Texas.
