IMO subcommittee agrees on draft fuel test rules

The IMO Pollution Prevention and Response (PPR3) was scheduled to take place from 15-9 February, and to prepare draft guidelines for sampling for sulphur content in fuels as well as approving a modification to the bunker delivery note allowing scrubbers.
