LNG

CPC Corp, Taiwan’s state energy company, is seeking to import LNG cargoes for August and September after the country’s last nuclear power plant was shut down at midnight on 17 May. LNG procurement will be ramped up through a new regasification terminal in the Guantang Industrial Area.
