PetroChina strives to reduce the costs of imported LNG

Hong-Kong listed PetroChina, with LNG stakes in Canada and Mozambique, is optimising the structure of gas sources in an effort to reduce costs of imported natural gas and LNG. The first-quarter 2021 average realised price for natural gas was US$6.56 per thousand cubic feet, up 2.8% on the same quarter in 2020.
