Lithuania’s KN Energies has issued an additional invitation for market participants to allocate regas slots at its Klaipeda LNG terminal for 2027 after completing the initial annual booking process.
India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp is calling on LNG producers and traders to register interest in supplying spot cargoes and term deliveries. The state-run refiner is understood to look for 1mtpa of LNG under contracts stretching 10-15 years.
Zululand Energy Terminal (ZET) has launched an expression of interest process for engineering, procurement and construction contractors for its planned $1 billion LNG import terminal at Richards Bay in South Africa, according to the project’s website. The first phase will include about 3 mtpa of regasification capacity, with later expansion plans to add more storage and capacity. The project is being developed by Vopak Terminal Durban and Transnet Pipelines.
Italy’s Adriatic LNG terminal has launched the accreditation phase for Open Season 2025. Eligible bidders can acquire slots for medium to long-term regas capacity in the period between January 2029 and December 2050.
