Spanish terminals and network operator Enagás loaded Germany's first floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU), the “Höegh Esperanza”, before it arrived on December 15 at the German North Sea port of Wilhelmshaven. 

Gas Natural Fenosa, the Spain-based utility company and liquefied natural gas market participant, said it signed an exclusive 10-year bunkering contract to supply LNG fuel to the ports served by Spanish ferry company Balearia.
