Oct 26 (LNGJ) - LNG cargoes are heading for Belgium and the Netherlands. The 206,960 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex LNG carrier “Umm Al Amad” is scheduled to deliver a shipment on October 27 to the Zeebrugge import terminal in Belgium, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on October 9 from the Ras Laffan plant in Qatar.
The 174,000 cubic metres capacity vessel “Maria Energy” is scheduled to discharge a US cargo on October 29 at the Gate terminal in Rotterdam from the Calcasieu Pass export plant in Louisiana.
April 6 (LNGJ) - Three LNG cargoes from Qatar will be delivered to the UK in the next seven days from Ras Laffan in the Gulf. The 159,800 cubic metres capacity carrier “Corcovado LNG” is scheduled berth on April 8 at the UK South Hook import terminal at Milford Haven in Wales, according to the port authorities. The 207,000 cubic metres capacity vessel “Umm Al Amad” will then discharge a cargo on April 10 at the terminal, followed by the arrival on April 13 of the 216,2000 cubic metres capacity carrier “Al Gattara” to unload at South Hook.
The latest shipments are scheduled as the UK National Balancing Point natural gas benchmark price is at the equivalent of $6.55 per million British thermal units, while the main Continental European price, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), is higher at the equivalent of $6.60 per MMBtu.
Oil prices dropped again as concerns grew about limited capacity to store crude and other products, while LNG and spot natural gas prices were weak on continued over-supply on expectations of a slow global economic recovery.
Nov 13 (LNGJ) - The 137,230 cubic metres capacity carrier “LNG Rivers” is unloading a cargo on November 13 at the Huelva terminal in southwest Spain from the Bonny Island plant in Nigeria, according to shipping data. The 210,100 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Umm Al Amad” will deliver a shipment on November 14 to the Pakistani Port Qasim import facilities, located east of Karachi, from the Ras Laffan plant in Qatar. The 155,000 cubic metres capacity carrier “Gaslog Salem” will deliver a Qatargas cargo on November 18 to the Zeebrugge terminal in Belgium. The 138,088 cubic metres capacity vessel “Berge Arzew” will unload a shipment on November 18 at the Aliaga facility in Turkey from the Sonatrach-operated plant in Algeria.
The 155,000 cubic metres capacity vessel “Gaslog Savannah” will deliver a cargo on November 20 to the Japanese Hachinohe terminal, owned by Nippon Oil, from the Woodside Petroleum export facilities at Dampier in Western Australia. The 160,400 cubic metres capacity carrier “Cubal” will deliver a shipment on November 28 to the Indian Dahej terminal, owned by Petronet, from the Angolan plant in southwest Africa. The 266,000 cubic metres capacity carrier Aamira will deliver a Qatargas cargo to the South Korean Incheon terminal on December 3.
