The JKC Australia LNG consortium, a joint venture between Japanese companies JGC Corp. and Chiyoda Corp. and US engineer KBR Inc and who built the onshore Ichthys liquefaction and export plant at Bladin Point near Darwin, has lost a US$1.9 billion court case claim against a power station sub-contractor.
