U.S. regulators have cleared Cheniere Energy to introduce feed gas into the “warm end” of Midscale Train 7 at the Corpus Christi Stage 3 LNG project as part of commissioning activities.

Eni CEO Claudio Descalzi and the Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu have ended a long-running dispute over OPL 245, one of Nigeria's biggest deepwater oil and associated gas reserves, unlocking feedgas for the Nigeria LNG project as the  Train 7 expansion nears completion.

Malaysian energy company Petronas said LNG shipments from its Bintulu plant in Sarawak were unaffected by a gas explosion on the Sabah-Sarawak Gas Pipeline and customers would continue to be supplied.
