Africa Energy Advisors (AFRY) has been chosen as technical advisor for the $2.69 billion, 1,500 MW integrated Thai Binh LNG-to-Power project in Hung Yen, Vietnam. Scope of works includes technical advisory services for offshore LNG receiving infrastructure and the combined-cycle power plant.
