Woodfibre LNG, the export project backed by Indonesian businessman Sukanto Tanoto and his Singapore-based RGE Group and the only Canadian liquefaction plant venture with full permit approvals in the Pacific province of British Columbia, said it was looking at current regulatory requirements and was set to work out terms for a final engineering contract to be awarded by mid-2018.
