Swedegas, the Swedish utility and energy company, has come to an agreement with Gasum to allow the Finnish firm to be a priority user of its liquefied natural gas bunkering facilities in the Port of Gothenburg.
Swedegas, the Swedish gas network operator and liquefied natural gas distributor, said its LNG bunkering station at the Port of Gothenburg is ramping up for growing demand expected from Nordic shipping companies as using clean-fuel also qualifies operators for lower port charges.
Belgian and Spanish natural gas network and LNG terminals owners, Fluxys and Enagas, have closed their joint sale to First State Gas Transport AB of their total stake in Swedegas, owner and operator of the high-pressure gas grid in Sweden.
