Fluor Corp., the US LNG and energy engineering company recently lined up for the possible LNG Canada project, said its Netherlands-based subsidiary Stork was awarded a three-year contract by Royal Dutch Shell for work on its natural assets in the southern North Sea.

Fluor Corp., the Texas-based energy and LNG engineering and construction company, has completed its acquisition of Stork Holding BV of the Netherlands for more than $700 million as industry consolidation continues to lower costs in a weaker commodity market.
