Lloyd’s Register approves Korean design for very large crude carrier with LNG fuel capability
Lloyd’s Register, the UK maritime classification society, has awarded South Korean shipbuilder Samsung Heavy Industries, with approval in principle for a very large crude carrier (VLCC) powered by liquefied natural gas.
