Gasum, the state-owned natural gas company in Finland whose subsidiaries include Norwegian liquefied natural gas market participant Skangas, reported increased first-half revenues and profits amid further development of the market in the Nordic countries.

The second liquefied natural gas import terminal constructed in Finland, the Manga Tornio facility on the Finland-Sweden border, has received its first LNG cargo ahead of the start of commercial operations in 2018.
