Harvey Gulf International Marine, the US small-scale fleet owner and liquefied natural gas bunkering specialist, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, though the move would not affect LNG operations.

Harvey Gulf International Marine has taken delivery of its fourth LNG-powered offshore supply vessel built at Mississippi’s Gulf Coast Shipyard in Gulfport.

Royal Dutch Shell has taken delivery of a third liquefied natural gas-powered Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) at Port Fourchon on the Louisiana Gulf Coast.
