Nov 30 (LNGJ) - The UK LNG import terminals at the port of Milford Haven, the South Hook facility and Dragon LNG, are scheduled to receive three LNG vessels in the first week of December. The “Flex Ranger” of 174,100 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to berth on December 3 after previously loading a shipment at the Cameron export plant in Louisiana.
Two days later the “Flex Vigilant” with the same capacity will bring a cargo from the Calcasieu Pass facility in Louisiana that was lifted on November 23. On December 7, the carrier “Sevilla Knutsen” with 173,400 cubic metres of capacity will unload a shipment at the UK Dragon LNG terminal in Milford Haven lifted on November 5 from the Pampa Melchorita plant on the Pacific Coast of Peru.
June 23 (LNGJ) - The UK is awaiting another LNG shipment from the South American nation of Peru. The UK Milford Haven port authorities in Wales said the 173,400 cubic metres capacity vessel “Valencia Knutsen” was scheduled to berth on June 30 at the Dragon import terminal.
The cargo was lifted from the Pampa Melchorita plant on the Pacific Coast of Mexico and national energy company PeruPetro said the cargo cost was linked to the UK National Balancing Point natural gas market price.
April 11 (LNGJ) - The 173,545 cubic metres capacity LNG carrier “Megara” is scheduled to deliver a cargo on April 15 to the UK Dragon LNG import terminal at Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on March 20 from the Pampa Melchorita liquefaction and export plant on the Pacific coast of Peru.
March 22 (LNGJ) - Peru’s LNG exports in March are heading for the North Asian markets of China and South Korea, according to data from energy company PeruPetro. Four vessels have left the Pampa Melchorita liquefaction plant on the Pacific Coast of Peru with three headed for South Korea on the 173,540 cubic metres capacity carrier “Megara”, the 135,400 cubic metres capacity carrier “Madrid Spirit” and on the 173,400 cubic metres capacity vessel “Sevilla Knutsen”.
During the current winter season Peru has also shipped cargoes to Europe. The fourth cargo lifted so far in March from the Peruvian plant is heading for Tangshan in China on the 170,200 cubic metres capacity vessel “SFC Melampus”.
Feb 15 (LNGJ) - The Peru LNG export plant at Pampa Melchorita on the Pacific Coast appears to be back on track after exporting six cargoes in January 2022. The shipments included two delivered to the UK, two to Japan, one to Taiwan and one to South Korea. The first February cargo was lifted by the 135,350 cubic metres capacity carrier “Sestao Knutsen” and the shipment was heading for Taiwan.
US company Sycar said it would soon supply another liquefied natural gas shipment to the South American nation of Ecuador following the first LNG ISO container delivery earlier in January 2022.
Jan 3 (LNGJ) - Peru LNG exported two late-December LNG cargoes to South Korea at the Japan-Korea Marker price for North Asian spot shipments, quoted at $37.265 per million British thermal units, according to national energy company PeruPetro.
The cargoes were lifted from the Pampa Melchorita plant on the Peruvian Pacific Coast by the 159,800 cubic metres capacity carrier “Maran Gas Efessos” and the 173,400 cubic metres capacity vessel “Maran Gas Amphipolis”, the company added.
Nov 29 (LNGJ) - November cargo liftings of liquefied natural gas from the Pampa Melchorita export plant on the Pacific Coast of Peru have been made by vessels with around 173,000 of capacity, the “Murex”, the “Maran Gas Roxana” and the “Valencia Knutsen”.
Nov 3 (LNGJ) - The 167,400 cubic metres capacity carrier “Methane Mickie Harper” is scheduled arrive at the UK Dragon LNG import terminal in Milford Haven in Wales from the Pampa Melchorita export plant on the Pacific Coast of Peru.
The vessel was heading for UK shores as the nation’s National Balancing Point (NBP) benchmark natural gas price was last at around $23.65 per million British thermal units, up from $22.70 per MMBtu.
The Peru LNG export plant at Pampa Melchorita on the Pacific Coast has just re-started shipping cargoes in September after a two-and-a-half month shutdown for technical issues and now has been targeted by the Marxist Prime Minister Guido Bellido for possible nationalization.
