New Fortress Energy Inc., the US company with LNG-to-power projects in South America, the Caribbean and Sri Lanka in Asia, said completion work was being carried out on a new Nicaraguan import facility while its Mexican terminal in the state of Baja California Sur was now fully operational.
IEnova, the Mexican subsidiary of California-based utility Sempra Energy and developer of the Costa Azul liquefied natural export venture on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, reported a rise in four-quarter earnings as it pursues Mexican pipeline projects and LNG feed-gas resources from the US.
