QatarEnergy said it delivered the 1,000th liquefied natural gas shipment to the South Hook LNG Terminal at the Welsh port of Milford Haven on the southwest coast of the United Kingdom.
Oct 4 (LNGJ) - Three cargoes from Qatar, the United States and Trinidad are heading for import terminals in the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium in the next week, according to shipping data. The Q-Max vessel “Mozah” with 261,990 cubic metres of capacity is due to unload a cargo on October 7 at the South Hook terminal at the port of Milford Haven. The shipment was loaded on September 13 at Ras Laffan.
The carrier “Castillo De Caldelas” with capacity of 176,300 cubic metres will discharge a shipment on October 10 at the Belgian terminal at Zeebrugge. The volumes were lifted on September 26 from the Corpus Christi plant in Texas. The vessel “Cool Explorer” with 160,000 cubic metres of capacity is due on October 9 at the Dutch Gate terminal in Rotterdam. The vessel lifted the cargo on September 26 from the Point Fortin plant in Trinidad.
Jan 23 (LNGJ) - Two LNG cargoes from the US and Qatar are heading this week for the UK South Hook LNG import terminal at the Port of Milford, according to shipping data. The first cargo is scheduled to arrive on January 27 on board the 174,000 cubic metres capacity vessel “Global Sealine” after being lifted on January 13 from the Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana.
The second shipment is due to arrive on January 28 on the Q-Max vessel “Mozah” with 261,990 cubic metres of capacity. The shipment was loaded on January 11 at the Ras Laffan plant in the Arabian Gulf. In another delivery from Sabine Pass, the Isle of Grain LNG terminal on the Medway River southeast of London was expecting the berthing on January 23 of the 174,100 cubic metres capacity “Kool Orca”.
Oct 27 (LNGJ) - The 261,900 cubic metres capacity Q-Max LNG carrier “Mozah” is scheduled to deliver the UK’s first November shipment. The cargo is set to arrive on November 3 at the UK South Hook import terminal at Milford Haven in Wales from the Ras Laffan plant in Qatar. The shipment was heading for UK shores as the nation’s National Balancing Point (NBP) benchmark natural gas price was last at around $30.50 per million British thermal units.
Feb 22 (LNGJ) - The UK is receiving three LNG cargoes this week at the Port of Milford Haven in Wales, two from the US and one from Qatar. The 165,000 cubic metres capacity carrier “Marib Spirit” will discharge its cargo on February 23 at the South Hook terminal from Cheniere Energy’s Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana, according to the port authorities.
Another shipment from Sabine Pass is scheduled to be unloaded on February 25 at the Dragon regasification terminal at the Welsh port from the “Stena Clear Sky” carrier with 171,800 cubic metres capacity. The third shipment will arrive on February 27 at the South Hook terminal from Qatar onboard the largest carrier, the 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max vessel “Mozah”. The UK deliveries are being received at lower seasonal prices as the UK National Balancing Point has declined in the last week to the equivalent of $5.90 per million British thermal units.
Feb 27 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier “Mozah” is scheduled to deliver a shipment to the UK on March 5 from Qatargas, the second cargo of the month to be unloaded at the South Hook facility at Milford Haven in Wales. The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max vessel “Zarga” will deliver the first cargo on March 3 from the Ras Laffan export terminal in Qatar. The shipments will arrive as European natural gas prices drop from winter highs. The UK National Balancing Point price was last at the equivalent of $5.70 per million British thermal units while one of the main continental European prices, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was quoted at $5.15 per MMBtu.
Aug 24 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max vessel “Mozah” is scheduled to deliver a cargo from Qatargas on August 30 to the UK South Hook import terminal in Milford Haven, Wales, the port authorities said. The UK benchmark National Balancing Point natural gas price was last at the equivalent of $4.00 per million British thermal units.
July 7 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max vessel “Mozah” is scheduled to deliver a cargo from Qatargas on July 14 to the UK South Hook import terminal in Milford Haven, Wales, the port authorities said. The UK benchmark National Balancing Point natural gas price was last at the equivalent of $4.55 per million British thermal units.
