Qatar has hosted its latest two-day Doha Forum in the Arab Gulf state where participants heard pledges from the Qataris to regain the No.1 spot in liquefied natural gas production and to boost global volumes with joint ventures such as one in the US.

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and his wife have attended the naming ceremony near the port of Busan in South Korea of the second liquefied natural gas production vessel being built for Malaysia’s state-backed energy company Petronas.
