MEO Australia, the exploration and production company with retained liquefied natural gas project plans in the Tassie Shoal offshore northwest Australia and oil interests in Cuba, said its LNG project could be suitable for feed-gas from the Greater Sunrise fields.

MEO Australia, the independent oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in Cuba and an LNG project on hold in the Timor Sea, said it received encouraging results from a licence in the Bonaparte Basin offshore Western Australia and was looking for a farm-in partner.

MEO Australia, the developer of the postponed Tassie Shoal LNG project in the Timor Sea, continues to push ahead with its preferred operations in Cuba and has just raised funds from a London-listed company through a private placement of shares.
