Norwegian LNG supplier and operator Skangas has started small-scale deliveries from Europe’s only baseload liquefaction plant at Hammerfest, operated by Statoil, with the first cargo going to Sweden.

Northwest Europe took a step forward in liquefied natural gas marketing when the first small-scale LNG reload operation took place to enable a cargo transfer between the Baltic state of Lithuania and Sweden.
