Technip Energies, the French-listed energy and LNG engineering company, said it was awarded a contract by a unit of Thailand’s national energy company for a gas plant near the Malaysian LNG export facilities at Bintulu in the state of Sarawak.

Glenfarne Group, the privately-held energy and infrastructure development and management firm based in New York, has signed a contract for its Texas LNG Brownsville project to be built by a joint venture comprising Technip Energies and South Korea’s Samsung Engineering.
