Perenco, the European energy company with a stake in the Cameroon floating LNG production project in West Africa as well as natural gas fields and infrastructure in the UK area of the North Sea, is carrying out a strategic review and may sell some assets.
The 140,620 cubic metres capacity carrier “Galicia Spirit” will deliver a cargo on June 14 to the new Chinese Qidong import terminal owned by Guanghui Energy from the floating LNG hull “Hilli Episeyo” that began production in mid-March off the port of Kribi in Cameroon.
Perenco, the European energy company with a stake in the Cameroon floating LNG project offshore West Africa, said the first cargo would be lifted by the end of April and possibly sooner.
