Air Products, the US industrial gases and LNG equipment company, reported a three-fold rise in quarterly profit with rises in sales in all three key operating areas amid the acquisition of Royal Dutch Shell’s coal gasification technology and patents.

Royal Dutch Shell through its subsidiary Shell India plans to start liquefied natural gas truck-loading at its Hazira LNG import terminal located north of Mumbai to widen clean fuel distribution in the domestic market.
