LNG Ltd, the Australian-listed developer of the Bear Head LNG export project in the Canadian Atlantic province of Nova Scotia, has signed labor agreements to ensure the availability of a skilled workforce at the Strait of Canso site.
May 30 (LNGJ) - Australian company Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd. is holding three separate meetings with investors in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney to give updates on the Magnolia LNG project in the US state of Louisiana, the Bear Head LNG venture in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia and the Fisherman’s Landing LNG project in Gladstone in the Australian state of Queensland. LNG Ltd speakers will include Chairman Paul Cavicchi, Chief Executive Greg Vesey and Chief Technical Officer John Baguley. The meetings will take place in June 2017. The dates and locations are: Monday, 12 June at 12 noon at the Parmelia Hilton (Fremantle Room), 14 Mill Street, Perth; Tuesday, 13 June at 4.00pm at the InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto (Trade Room), 495 Collins Street, Melbourne; and on Wednesday, 14 June at 4.00pm at the Christie Conference Centre, 3 Spring Street, Sydney.
Magnolia LNG, the US export project being developed by LNG Ltd. of Australia at Lake Charles in Louisiana, has awarded an operations and maintenance contract to Houston-based EthosEnergy.
