Saipem, in consortium with Jan De Nul, has signed a letter of intent worth 11 million Euros ($12.8m) with ExxonMobil for preliminary engineering, procurement and technical services for the offshore scope of Mozambique’s Rovuma LNG Phase 1, advancing the project towards FID before year-end.
