TechnipFMC, the Franco-US energy engineering business, has re-started the process of spinning off Technip Energies, one of the world’s leading LNG project engineers, and has already put several financial transactions in place to complete the operation in the next couple of months.
JGC Holdings Corp., the leading Japanese LNG and energy engineering firm, has appointed the former executive at KBR of the US, Farhan Mujib, as the company’s new Senior Executive Vice President for JGC’s overseas engineering, procurement and construction business.
TechnipFMC, the LNG and energy engineering company, reaffirmed that its planned transaction to separate into two companies, TechnipFMC and Technip Energies, is well on track for completion in the first half of 2020.
McDermott International, the company involved in some of the world’s leading LNG construction projects, including several on the US Gulf Coast and the North Field Expansion in Qatar, said it had been formally notified by the New York Stock Exchange that it was not meeting price requirements for future listing.
