Avenir LNG, the Norwegian-listed small-scale LNG project developer and vessel owner, has agreed to buy out the shareholdings of its Italian partners in the small-scale LNG terminal at Port of Oristano on the Mediterranean island of Sardinia.

Reganosa, the Spanish LNG terminal company, is expanding its portfolio of operated terminals by winning the contract to operate and maintain the regasification facility being brought online on the Italian island of Sardinia.

Avenir LNG, a company owned by Norwegian shipping and infrastructure companies, is making progress on the development of Italy’s first small-scale terminal at the Port of Oristano on the Mediterranean island of Sardinia.
