HPCL opens LNG supply hunt
India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp is calling on LNG producers and traders to register interest in supplying spot cargoes and term deliveries. The state-run refiner is understood to look for 1mtpa of LNG under contracts stretching 10-15 years.
ADNOC signs $3bn term LNG supply deal with India’s HPCL
ADNOC Gas has signed a 10-year LNG sales and purchase agreement with India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) – valued at between $2.5 billion and $3 billion – to export 0.5 mtpa of LNG from ADNOC’s Das Island terminal.

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), India’s leading energy producer that is set to bring onstream a new gas field in June in the Krishna Godavari Basin in the Bay of Bengal and holds a stake in the Mozambique LNG project, reported a drop in annual net profits while revenues increased.
