Petróleo Brasileiro (Petrobras), the Brazilian oil and gas company, boosted domestic natural gas production in the third quarter backed by LNG imports as well as pipeline gas from Bolivia as a drought curtailed the South American nation’s hydro-electric output.
Brazilian state oil and gas company, Petroleo Brasileiro (Petrobras), has disqualified a tender from Excelerate Energy of the US after it was the only commercial proposal received in the bidding for the Salvador liquefied natural gas import terminal in Bahia state in northeast Brazil.
Petroleo Brasileiro, the state energy company of Brazil, said it had successfully concluded tests to allow a 50 percent capacity increase at its re-started floating liquefied natural gas import terminal at Guanabara Bay in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
