Peru LNG has shipped two cargoes so far to two pricing areas after its maintenance shutdown through most of August to two separate pricing areas of the Atlantic and Pacific Basins from its liquefaction facility at Pampa Melchorita, the only LNG export plant in South America.

Sept 7 (LNGJ) - The Peru LNG export plant at Pampa Melchorita has loaded two cargoes in September. The first was lifted by the 138,000 cubic metres capacity “Madrid Spirit”, operated by Teekay, and is headed for Spain. The second was loaded onto the “Gallina”, operated by Shell Shipping, and was enroute to the Manzanillo import terminal on the Pacific coast of Mexico.
