French pipeline company GRTgaz has inaugurated its Val de Saone project in eastern France that will fully amalgamate LNG and pipeline supplies and boost capacity on the North-South axis, creating a single natural gas market in France from November.
Oct 17 (LNGJ) - Two LNG cargoes are being unloaded in France on October 17. The 75,000 cubic metres capacity “Cheikh El Mokrani” is delivering a shipment from the Skikda plant in Algeria and the 138,088 cubic metres capacity “Berge Arzew” is unloading a cargo from Arzew, both at the terminals in Fos Sur Mer, near Marseille.
Elengy, the operator of three French LNG import terminals, said it had improved its LNG truck-loading contract, allowing more flexibility and access to its loading stations at the Atlantic coast terminal of Montoir de Bretagne and at Fos Tonkin near the Mediterranean port of Marseille.
