French shipping company Brittany Ferries has signed a deal to charter a liquefied natural gas-powered ferry built in China as it expands its clean-fuel fleet and expects British passengers to remain its top customers even after the UK leaves the European Union.
Australian SeaRoad Shipping is preparing to put into service the country’s first roll-on-roll-off ferry with LNG propulsion to operate between Devonport on the island of Tasmania to the city of Melbourne on the Australian mainland.
